Baby Lightcap Gender Ultrasound

It's a Boy!! The blog poll was correct!
We went to the ultrasound center this morning and he sure was stubborn. He had his legs crossed at first for a while and so I got up and walked around to see if he would move. Then when I came back he had his legs crossed and his left hand covering the goods! A shy little guy, its like he knew somebody was looking. The umbilical cord for wrap around between his legs making it hard to see, so we went to lunch and came back. Finally when we went back, we got some good pics confirming that he is a boy! You can still see the umbilical cord between the legs, but he moved around enough for a couple good shots.

Lemony Week 14

Feeling good this week! Finally! I'm eating somewhat normal, but stomach still hurts a little. Experiencing my first craving...Ceasar salad. I've probably already had around 5 of them this week. Baby lightcap is about the size of a lemon, 3.5 inches.
We are so excited to find out gender next Saturday. We are going to this special place where they guarantee accuracy 100% at 14 weeks. I'll be the end of 15 weeks, so I hope they get it right! The poll is leaning more towards boy, we shall see! Here are is an updated picture of my  bump. It's little, but starting to see something :-D

Shrimp Baby Week 13

Week 13 now and the baby is the length of a shrimp, about 3". I was sick with the flu all last week, which was no fun at all. It flared up my morning sickness so that definitely made it more rough. I wish I could say I was better now, but I still have a cough and still feel sick to my stomach and trouble eating. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, better days are ahead.

Chris and I were in Austin to visit Gavin Halloween weekend and had a blast. Here is a pic of us as Ron Burgundy and Veronica Corningstone from the movie Anchorman
